Ayah Kutmah

Ayah Kutmah is a senior at the University of Michigan studying Political Science and International Studies, with a focus on the Middle East. She has previously interned with Human Rights Watch and the International Center for Transitional Justice. Her research interests broadly include state repression, political violence, authoritarianism, (counter)revolution, transnational humanitarian models, and refugeedom.
